Playloy is a platform for restaurants and food businesses that enables them to create a QR code prize game, collect contacts using the methods configured by the business, drive Google reviews, and encourage customers to return.

2. Accounts and proper use

The business must provide accurate information, protect its credentials, and use the service in compliance with the law, customer rights, and the rules of external platforms, including Google. Playloy may not be used to send unsolicited communications, collect data without a legal basis, or manipulate game results.

3. Plans, payments, and cancellation

Plans may be monthly or yearly and include the features shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Amounts, applicable taxes, payment method, and renewal terms must be shown at checkout before confirmation. Customers may cancel according to the process shown in their account or checkout.
